Sadly I won’t be going on holiday this year, but that doesn’t stop me from writing a post to help you lot! No one likes getting to their destination to find out they’ve forgotten key items, so I thought I’d help you pack by telling you products I would take.
Shampoo & Conditioner
The John Frieda Frizz Ease Collection would work well for my hair, as when it gets wet it tends to go frizzy. I’d probably take full sizes of these as I like my hygiene!
I admire a girl with a tan and statement lips, not necessarily red lips. Orange and pink look just as good! I wouldn’t wear it all the time but the times I do I’d take moisturising lipsticks as your lips would dry out quick in the sun.
Don’t neglect your lips, make sure to use a lip balm to avoid getting chapped lips. One with SPF would be a bonus.
Well you want to smell good right? I’d say a fresh/fruity fragrance would do the job, my advice would be asking for a sample from perfume counters as their more travel friendly. If not then you can get empty travel size perfume bottles to take with you.
Preferably a spray bottle form as its quick to apply and fast absorbent. Also it should be waterproof if you plan to get wet. Depending on where you go and how fair your skin is choose the right SPF for you, but you can never go wrong with a high one.
Did you know sun damage makes you prone to wrinkles quickly? So protect that face! It’s one of the most delicate parts of your body and you should use different sunscreens for your face and body, preferable alcohol-free with no lower than SPF50.
I don’t like to wear much makeup on holiday but I do take mascara as I just don’t look right without it! I’d advise you get a good waterproof one just in case you want to take a dip in the ocean.
And that’s it!
I don’t like to wear much makeup on holiday and I tend to be more relaxed so I don’t put as much effort into my look, I mean, you want to be spending your time out having fun instead of the hotel bathroom getting ready, right?
